The aim of work consists in the ground of ways of increase of level of psychological readiness of servicemen of Air Forces to implementation of combat missions taking into account experience of anti-terror operation on Еast of Ukraine and development on this basis of corresponding recommendations. Methodological basis of research are methods of theoretical character (analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization, interpretation of finding); but empiric character (method of expert estimations, and methodologies for determination of structural components of model of having a special purpose psychological readiness of personality of serviceman Air Forces of Аrmed Forces of Ukraine to implementation of combat missions during realization of anti-terror operation. Empiric base of research was laid down by complex methodology of multivariable research of personality, which diagnoses after a few scales the indexes of psychological readiness of personality of serviceman during realization of anti-terror operation. A report contains working materials which will help comprehensively to investigate the possible ways of increase of level of psychological readiness of servicemen of Air Forces to implementation of combat missions in modern terms taking into account experience of anti-terror operation on Еast of Ukraine. In particular the criteria of levels of psychological readiness of servicemen of Air Forces of Аrmed Forces of Ukraine are reasonable to implementation of combat missions taking into account experience of anti-terror operation on Еast of Ukraine, possible ways of increase of level of psychological readiness of servicemen of Air Forces of Аrmed Forces of Ukraine to implementation of combat missions, and also the project of methodical recommendations is worked out in relation to the evaluation of readiness of servicemen of Air Forces of Аrmed Forces of Ukraine to implementation of combat missions.
