Subject of research - electromagnetic processes in dusty plasma, namely ion-sound waves and fluctuations. On the basis of the kinetic description, the dielectric properties of a dusty plasma are investigated, taking into account the charging of particles with plasma currents and collisions of plasma particles with both neutral atoms and particles. An analysis of charging frequencies and collisions in a wide range of free ion runs is performed. The influence of charge loading and collision processes on the spectra and the decreasing decrements of ion-sound waves in a dusty plasma is studied in detail. The influence of gunpowder on the spectra of fluctuations in plasma has been investigated and the presence of particles with a variable charge has a significant effect on the spectra of electron density fluctuations.
