The purpose of the research work is to study the psychoemotional and physical load of military personnel during combat operations and to substantiate the relevant norms. Methods of research: expert assessment, examination of documents, observation, questionnaires, social survey. Objectives of the research: - development and substantiation of tests for determining the norms of physical and psychoemotional load of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; - development of methodical recommendations (proposals) to commanders (supervisors) concerning regulation and dosage of physical and psycho-emotional load of subordinate personnel; - conducting of experimental testing of indicators, criteria of physical and psychoemotional load of servicemen of various groups of military professions and specialties of the PS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
