It has been shown that in the West Antarctic there is the greatest decrease in the geomagnetic field intensity and an increase in the surface temperature. The model of the mechanism of the relationship between geomagnetic field, solar protons, lower stratospheric ozone, temperature and humidity near tropopause and surface temperature was proposed. It explains the observed asymmetry in the evolution of the Antarctic temperature during the second half of the last century.
