On the basis of the results was made the integral estimation of health condition of exclusion zone personnel and brought to light pathogenetical mechanisms of health disorders. This work show out peculiarities of disorders trend in organisms systems which caused by long–term exposion various "zone factors" including ionizing radiation. The obtained results show that considerable percentage of exclusion zone workers form risk groupe in development different diseases.
