The investigation was carried out with the help of the communication facility, PCs combined in a local network, up-to date system software. In the proceeding of work there have been made: development of the technology of data collection and processing and forms for output and input documents, algorithms of data analysis and program products for forming data bases as well as methods of processing and forming data on indicators; definition of the state on putting on wages account, actual payments and debts on wages; payments of debt realised with natural products; payments of debt at the expense of funds of social assurance; change of volume of debt in comparison with that of past periods. Information and analytic reports were aggregated according to enterprises, institutions, regions, conditional areas of Ukraine, managerial bodies and departments of MPPU.
