The investigations were carried out with using technical means of communication, PC, combined in the local network, and advanced system software as well. In the proceeding of works there were: elaborated new versions of algorithms of information analysis, program products for formation of data bases, processing and forming indicators; investigated the state on debts on payments to the budget, expired ones either; on debts on payments to the pension fund, expired ones either; change of volume of debt in comparison with the last periods. Information and analytic reports were aggregated accordingly to enterprises, organisations and regions. Apart the summary report on the state of debts by branches of MPPU was prepared.
