The state description of the building constructions of "vulnerable" zones of the SO as diagnosing object is indicated and determinalized loads and effects on the SO are executed. The results of concequences valuation PIE ( technological systems failures, destruction risk of the responsible building constructions of the 19 "vulnerable" zones of the "Shelter" object are represented.
