Head Finogeyev V.I., Registration Date 22-06-1999 Organization Ukrainian Scientific Research and Disign Institute for Industrial Technology popup.description2 The objective of the research work was vibration machines and complexes, such as vibrating feeders,screens,millers,conveyers,sieving surfaces etc. As a result of the research it was planed to develope prospective designs of vibrating machines and equipment to be used for ore mining and milling with enhanced productivity and effectivness. While conducting the researches experimental and analytical method was used with following adjusting the results according to those obtained during test of the new equipment/machines item. Calculations have been performed and design specifications have been drawn up for vibration feeder- screen ПГВ-200/400; the design has been presented together with main features and feasibility study for vibrating isolators of feeder with dynamic damper; recomendations have been proposed to make easier dynamic load on foundation and supporting constructions during crusher СМД-III operations; scientific and engineering assistance has been rendered and author's control has been made while manufacturing and mantling experimental batch of sieving surfaces for vibrating screen ГИТ-52М. Famous ways and shemes of reaching to and filling of worked out mine gobs with waste rocks have been considered and own those have been proposed. At last stage the design of unloading itself and tipping over itself car intended for the dry waste rock transportation has been developed. Vibration conveyer is being prepared for testing.
