Such polyhedra occur among microcrystals of diamond from kimberlites (0,2-0,5 mm in diameter), metamorphic rocs (0,01-0,2 mm) and placers (0,2-0,3) and they are still unkroun for macrocrystals of this minefal. Investigation of the complex diamond polyhedra gives a new idea of the crystal morpholodgy of diamond and is very important both for making more precise its symmery and explaining the nature of a diamond as a whole.
