The sphere of the device usage: water supply; agriculture; municipal, collective, farmers and other private enterprises with low power inputs. The positive effects of the project is in provision unloading of peripheral electric networks, increase of primary technological cycles power supply level and power supply of autonomous units. The urgency of the project is based on the necessity of the structural changes in the power complex by the means of more active usage of retrievable sources of energy. The complex is a rotor power device, it is a main unified corking part of coind and waterpower units, which can functions in the mode of direct transmission of rotary moment to the billow of multiplier as well to the billow of the current generator rotor billow. Present infrastructure contains scientific elaboration of the problem, engineering calculations and necessary material and technical provision for researches.
