The investigations were performed with using the technical means of the communication facility, PCs, combined in the local network, up-to-date software. In the proceeding of work there were: developed technology of data collection and processing, forms for input and output documents, algorithms of the information analysis, program products for formation of data bases, processing and forming indicators; investigated the state of: putting on wages account, actual payments and debts on wages; payments of debts by natural products; debts on payments to the budget; change of volume of debts in comparison with last periods. Informational and analytical reports were aggregated accordingly to enterprises, organisations, regions, conditional areas of Ukraine, managerial bodies and departments of MPPU.
