The designing was carried out with using the communication facility, PCs, combined in the local network, up-to-date system software. In the proceeding of work there were: developed procedures for collection and processing data to come through different communication channels, forms for input and output documentation, algorithms of informational analysis, program products for formation of data bases, processing and forming indicators; arranged automated working place for keeping on data bases; provided collection of the reports from enterprises on make use of working time from enterprises, formed DBEs, their maintenance had been served.
