The chemical method of processing the leather recyclable raw materials into protein hydrolisis and formation of the basis of the latter dilute liquid of concrete mixtures. The technological regime and technical conditions of dilute liquid have been worked out. Three experimental lots have been produced and then investigated at Brovary Construction units plant and at scientific-research institute.
