Purpose: to work out the immunological control tecnologi of oncological patients complex therapy by delayed and immediate types hypersensitivity immunoreaction development study at the different treatment stages. Methods: clinical,immunological,morphological,statistical. Results: during patients primary examination the paralleles between hypersensitivity reaction types and surrounding tumor tissuehistological characteristics have been fixed. Based on immunological monitoring at all stages combined treatment has been shown that patient parthad the hypersensitive reaction which at first, were being changed at different stages, at second, the frequency of some hymoral types depend on tumor localisation. Proposed pathogeny substantiated hipersensitivity reaction immunotherapeutical schemes wich are higheffective at different combin ed therapy stages. The using of these schemes allows not only immunoreaction elimination,but also lead to normalisation of main immunogramm indication. Novelty:worked out the new metodics of oncological patients hypersensetivity reactions diagnostics by using simple unificated laboratory test for the first time.
