In 1981-1985 yy. The institute has developed the explosive device (Explosive station) ВПС-2, intended for management of explosive activities in period cutting and recess of trunks of mines, dangerous on gas and dust. On the parameters the device exceeds foreign analogs. More than 200 devices were made, however all of them already have produced the resource. There was a necessity of modernizing ВПС-2 on modern element base, which issue in Ukraine, and with allowance for of accumulated experience till it of operation. Analytical and laboratory researches. Pursuant to the calendar plan the analysis of defects revealed at operation of devices on mines of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kuzbass is conducted. Is established, that the basic direction of modernizing of the device should be orient on improving of activity of the scheme electrical basic, on increase of reliability of furnishing items and designs of electrical units. Such direction will allow to use envelopes faulty ВПС-2, that will reduce costs shaft-sinking of organizations on acquisition modernized ВПС-2. The outcomes of activity will be realized by organization of production modernized of stations ВПС-2 and their mandatory application, that will protect against a contingency at realization of explosive activities at shaft-sinking of trunks of mines.
