Вивчено вплив структури двошарового композиційного матеріалу з робочим шаром на основі сBN з добавками Al, TiC(TiN) на твердосплавній підкладці WC-Co на електрофізичні властивості і встановлено, що добавки порошків Al на рівні 8 % (мас.) та TiC на рівні 26 % (мас.) підвищують електропровідність композиту у порівнянні з композитами системи cBN-Al.
