Об'єкт дослідження:трудовий потенціал ДЛГО "Львівліс". Мета дослідження:відтворення трудового потенціалу територіально-галузевих комплексів. Методи дослідження: системний підхід, аналіз і синтез, порівняльний аналіз. Теоретичні і практичні результати: вдосконалення механізму регулювання відтворення трудового потенціалу. Новизна дослідження: визначені особливості регіональних локальних ринків праці, побудовано інтегральний показник розвитку трудового потенціалу. Ступінь впровадження: покращення механізму регулювання відтворення трудового потенціалу. Сфера використання: підприємства держкомлісгоспу.
