Мета: розроблення теоретико-методологічних засад, обґрунтування пріоритетів та механізмів системної детінізації економіки України. Методи: логічного узагальнення, групування, аналізу і синтезу, науковий метод статистичного аналізу і розрахунку, методи економіко-математичного прогнозування, теоретичного узагальнення, стратегічного менеджменту, системного підходу. Запропоновано: науково обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні положення державної політики системної детінізації економіки; визначено методологічні засади розробки Концепції державної політики системної детінізації економіки; розроблено концептуальний підхід до ідентифікації та утвердження стратегічної основи і напрямів формування державної політики детінізації національного господарства; удосконалено методичний інструментарій оцінювання рівня тінізації економіки з урахуванням регіональних особливостей. Сфера використання: Верховна рада України, Міністерство економічного розвитку і торгівлі України. 2/OObject: the processes of shadow economy. Purpose: to develop theoretical and methodological principles, justification of the priorities and mechanisms of systemic de-shadowing of the Ukrainian economy. Methods: logical generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis, scientific method of statistical analysis and calculation, methods of economic-mathematical forecasting, theoretical generalization, strategic management, system approach. It is offered: scientifically substantiated theoretical and methodological provisions of the state policy of systemic de-shadowing of the economy; the methodological principles of development of the Concept of the state policy of systemic shadow economy are defined; а conceptual approach to the identification and approval of the strategic framework and directions of the formation of the state policy of the nationalization of the national economy has been developed; the methodical tool for assessing the level of shadow economy with the consideration of regional peculiarities has been improved.
