Автори обгрунтовують необхідність розвитку лізингу, показують причини його недостатнього поширення в країнах з перехідною економікою, розкривають сутність цієї порівняно нової форми інвестування, економіко-правові засади її здійснення в Україні, з'ясовують переваги лізингу над орендою. This article reflects importance of the investment activity in the innovative model of growth, and emphasizes on the role of lease in the activization of national and foreign investments. The author proves necessity of the lease development, shows the reasons of its in - sufficient extention in the countries with transitional economies.
