Показано закономірність постійної націленості учасників ринку фінансових послуг на володіння оперативною інформацією і впровадження сучасних технологій. The significance of financial services market and some particular features of its development has been considered in this article. After a short digression in a history of this question the author analyses conditions of financial services’ development in arising information society. There has been considered such typical peculiarities of information society as accelerated development of information technologies and forming of global financial markets.
