Значну увагу приділено аналізу основних методів щодо стимулювання новітніх досягнень науки та форм державного фінансування науково-технічного розвитку. Аналізується досвід країн з розвинутою економікою в галузі фінансування науково-дослідних і дослідно-конструкторських робіт. У роботі обґрунтовані основні напрямки першочергового розвитку вітчизняних галузей науки. The article considers the problems concerning the economic stimulation of scientific and technical progress in transitional economy conditions. The great deal of attention is paid to the analysis of basic methods of stimulation of the advanced scientific achievements and the forms of state financing of scientific and technical development.
