Experimental results of investigation of the tenso-sensibility of the one- and three-layered Cr-, Cu- and Sc-based films are presented. The difference between coefficients of tensosensibility one- and three-layered films has explain with scattering of conductivity electrons on external and internal surfaces of separate layers and boundaries of crystalline. Представлены экспериментальные результаты исследования тензочувствительности в однослойных пленках Сr, Сu и Sс и трехслойных на основе этих металлов. Проведено сравнение коэффициента продольной тензочувствительности однослойной пленки и трехслойной системы. Полученные отличия объясняются вкладом в тензоэффект рассеянием электронов на границе раздела слоев.
