Намічені шляхи вирішення нагальних проблем галузі автотранспорту. In this paper is given determination of category «finance of autotransport’s enterprises». Offered structure scheme of financial relations of autotransport’s enterprises on the modern stage. Given feature to organizations a finance of autotransport’s enterprises in period former USSR and at present. Also considered main organizing-legal forms of the finance, which exist at present, their particularity; specifics of functioning the passenger autotransport’s enterprises.
