In the whole world the processes become stronger that are bound with globalization of financial market and concentration of capital. It takes place against a background of aggravation of competition fight between different financial and credit institutes at the interior and international financial markets. In the article on the grounds of the present state of Ukraine’s bank system the tendencies are retraced to the aggravation of competition in the whole sector of financial market.
