The material is given in separate lectures according to the topics chosen and is rich in a great dead of examples. The first chapter comprises the main notions of multitudes theory, operations with them, vectors and multitudes projections, their products, reflection and conversion. The algebraic systems and some operations in them are described. The second chapter concerns the bases of the mathematical logics. Special attention is devoted to the notion of the logical function. Sixteen principal logical functions and various conversions with them are described. Under thorough consideration are the conjunctive and disjunctive normal forms of the logical function and their minimizing. У навчальному посібнику послідовно викладені основні питания теорії множин і логіки, що починаються з загальнодоступних і завершуються абстрактними. Матеріал подається за темами окремими лекціями з великою кількістю прикладів. У першій частині посібника викладені основні поняття теорії множин і операції з ними, поняття про вектори і проекції множин, їх добутки, відображення, перетворення. Описані алгебраїчні системи і деякі операції в них. У другій частині подано основи математичної логіки. Особливе місце посідає поняття логічної функції. Розглянуто шістнадцять основних логічних функцій і різні перетворення з ними. Особливу увагу звернено на диз`юнктивні і кон`юнктивні нормальні форми логічних функцій та їх мінімізацію. Книга розрахована на студентів вузів із спеціальностей за напрямом електроніка, інформатика і автоматика всіх форм навчання, зокрема, дистанційної.
