The cause of the disease was cohesions after operation. Ninety eight patients have been operated (81%) and only twenty three patients (19%) had cohesions as a result of different inflammatory processes in abdominal cavity and pelvis. Radiological research plays a very important role in diagnostics. After removal of acute cohesion of bowels impassability, intubations of small intestines and draination of abdominal cavity was performed. On the first day after operation thirty eight patients were given 1 ml 1% solution of serotinini adipinas two – three times a day during 4-6 days. For reducing of intoxication, diurez, ultra-violet radiation of blood, intravenous lazer therapy were performed. After operation four (4,8%) elderly patients died. They were ill during twenty-four hours. Proper time exposure of pathalogy and hospitalization, the use of radiological examination, operation, correction of metabolism and water-electrolyte metabolism, early stimulation of stomach’s activity with the help of using the solution of serotonini adipinas give a good result of treatment.
