The second research was in 2 years. The transformation of BAH to arterial hypertension was in 30,3% occasions. This group of patients was differed from increased reaction of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, Β-endorphini and asthenic type of reaction of vasopressor (renin plasma activity, PGF2α) and vasodilatator (kallicrein, PGE1) systems. Obtained data have to be estimated as markers of progressing of BAH to arterial hypertension.
