Близько 30-40% дітей мають ті чи інші прояви алергії. Також невпинно зростає поширеність бронхіальної астми у цієї групи населення. За даними ВООЗ, поширеність бронхіальної астми серед дитячого населення складає від 2 до 15% за даними реєстрів різних країн. Так, на Україні за останнє десятиріччя розповсюдженність бронхіальної астми серед дітей збільшилася в 1,6 разу. Бронхіальна асма є проблемою світового значення, яка стоїть у центрі уваги клініцистів різних спеціальностей. Її актуальність зумовлена не лише зростанням захворюваності, але й зміщенням її початку на більш ранній вік, часто тяжким перебігом і розвитком інвалідизації вже в дитячому віці. It influences on the psychology of a child’s behaviour and emotions and often determine his place and role in a social life. In our work we present the results of social adaptation study in 114 children with a help of projective tests. We explored children’s and parents’ attitude to the ilness and the relationships in their families. There we different types of these relationships, from mutual understanding to emotional outcasting. The climate in family depends both of parents’ position and a child’s reaction. It has an influence on the ilness and on the therapy effectiveness. Therefore, patients with hard asthma need psychotherapeutic correction that may help to change parents’ and child’s attitude to the disease.
