The stages and approaches to working out of investment projects are being analyzed in the article. The author suggests to investigate different alternatives of investing. The article also deals with determining the notion of “ecological-economic efficiency” and “ecological-economic effect”. The author proposes to realize calculation and comparison of ecological-economic efficiency indicators of projects in the article. The key note of this article is consideration of ecological and economic aspects for choice and financing investment projects in Ukraine.
