Ed studies have shown that not hospital of pneumonia run on background secondary immunodeficiency, which reveals itself the reduction general circulating Т-lymphocyte and their subpopulations: NK-cells, Т-helpers, Т-supressors, increase the contents Ig А and Ig G and reduction Ig M. Using tiotriazolin in complex therapy by sick not hospital pneumonia is accompanied the reduction as general Т-lymphocytreduction, so and their subpopulations on background of increasing the contents an immunoglobulin of class Ig M reduction an immunoglobulin of classes Ig А and Ig G.
