It had been revealed correlation between the expression of dysuric phenomena and condition of the erectil function. After RP quantity of the points IPSS decreased on 13% more in comparison with TP after a month and on 8% more 3 months later after operation. The erectile dysfunction developed in 18% cases after RP and in 24% cases after TP. The fulfillment RP with the aim to preserve the sexual function is more reasonable.
