В наукових роботах останніх років відмічаються лише особливості змін кардіогемодинаміки у підлітків з НЦД і відсутні дані про можливості застосування бета-адреноблокаторів і блокаторів АПФ в її лікуванні, що дозволить уточнити механізми формування НЦД і розробити патогенетичні підходи до її ефективного лікування. All the patients divided into 3 groups in dependnce of their primary vegetative homeostasis. The codition of central and peripherial hemodynamics was investigated by the method of echocardiography and reoplethysmography before and after treatment. All the patients had differencial treatment: with eutonia and vagotonia - Perindopril, with sympaticotonia - Nebivolol, and the patients with vagotonia - isopropamid-jodid. The investigations has shown positive changes of hemodynamic in all groups of the patients under the influence of differencial treatment.
