All patients was separated for 2 groups: first - with EF less 45%, and second group - EF more 45%. One month after myocardial infarction patients first group, occur left ventricular systolic and "compliance failure" type diastolic dysfunction, and second group - "relaxation failure" type diastolic without systolic dysfunction. Left ventricular systolic and diastolic function was well preserved through 6 month in both group patients, but more expressible in patients with EF less 45%.
