The important role in diagnosis ARDV plays the complex examination of a patient, which should contain a puncture biopsy of the myocardium and MRT. Among methods of treatment the relevant value have antiarrhytmic drugs of III group (amiodaronum and sotalolum). It’s marked, that the prescribing of these drugs promotes improvement of a survival rate these patients.
