Hypothesis about treatment of some components in this equation and their concernment’s estimate is made. Hypothesis illustrates mechanism of vortex structure formation and substantial fluid head loss generation. Semi-empirical formulas for determination of total vorticity intensity and hydrodynamic loss in flows under consideration are obtained.
