Підкреслено проблему визнання банкрутами містоутворюючих та еконебезпечних підприємств, що становлять основу української економіки. Обґрунтовано пріоритетність відновлення платоспроможності підприємства на відміну від застосування відносно нього ліквідаційних процедур. Розглянуто значення інституту банкрутства в розвинених країнах. Наведено цілі та проблеми функціонування інституту банкрутства в Україні. This article deals with understanding of bankruptcy institution in Ukraine. The problem of bankruptcy identification of town-creating and especially dangerous enterprises is underlined here. And it makes the base of Ukrainian economy. The priority of renewal of enterprises solvency abilities in contrast to the usage of the liquidations procedures. It deals with the aim (purpose) of bankruptcy institution in the developed countries.
