Аналізуються поняття економічного потенціалу країни та трансформаційного ринкового потенціалу, зокрема – банківських інститутів, та фактори його реалізації. Досліджується необхідність та шляхи підвищення ролі банківських інститутів у розвитку реального сектора економіки країни. In clause are considered institutional problems of formation and effective functioning of system of bank institutes from positions economic sinergetic as process of self-organizing of system. The concepts of economic potential of the country and transformation market potential, in particular – system of bank institutes, and factors of its realization are analyzed.
