У статті наведено статистичне обгрунтування виникнення нових факторів впливу на мотиви і стимули до праці. Автор робить висновок, що в той час, як в Україні спостерігається криза мотивації праці, який викликаний домінуванням матеріальних стимулів у системі мотивації праці, в високорозвинених країнах світу відбулося становлення пост-матеріалістичної системи цінностей. The article examines the emergence of significant changes in the motivation most of the population in developed countries. The article gives a statistical justification for the emergence of new factors of influence on the motives and incentives. The author concludes that, while in Ukraine there is a crisis motivation, which is caused by the dominance of financial incentives in the system of motivation, in highly developed countries took the formation of post-materialistic value system popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
