Проаналізовані існуючі боргові проблеми держави потребують удосконалення боргової пoлiтики Укрaїни та побудови дієвої системи управління державним боргом.Основним завданням, пов'язаним із використанням державних запозичень в якості одного з інструментів формування інноваційного розвитку української економікиє наукове обґрунтування і методологічно вірне визначення напрямів використання запозичених коштів.Державні боргові запозичення, як внутрішні, так і зовнішні, здатні позитивно вплинути на всю економіку країни, тільки якщо вони будуть спрямовані на вирішення стратегічних завдань радикального підвищення ефективності використання фінансово-економічного, інтелектуального і кадрового потенціалу України на шляху переходу від сировинного до наукомісткого розвитку. In this paper we investigate the question, which concerns the grounds of classification and types of government debt. This article surveys the essence of internal and external components of Ukraine, also we held structural analysis of government borrowing. The existing state debt problems were analyzed, so we find that debt policy of Ukraine should be improved and built an effective system of public debt management. The maintask, whichassociatedwiththeuseofpublicdebtas a toolfortheformationofinnovationdevelopmentofUkrainianeconomyisthescientificstudyandmethodologicallycorrectdefinitionofborrowedfunds. Government debt borrowing, both internal and external, can have a positive effect on the whole economy only if they are focused on the strategic objectives of radically improving the efficiency of the financial and economic, intellectual and human potential of Ukraine in the transition from commodity to high technology development. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
