Указується на те, що стратегія розвитку визначає організаційну структуру. Показано переваги і недоліки традиційних організаційних структур. Однією із сучасних тенденцій розвитку організаційних структур є скорочення числа рівнів управління, ослаблення ієрархії і розвиток ініціативи співробітників. Для органів місцевої влади України найбільш ефективним буде використання адаптивного типу, який відповідає задачам перехідного періоду і розвитку ринкових відносин. Розглянуто принципи і запропонована блокова організаційна структура управління господарством малих і середніх міст (регіонів). In the article is considereded questions of building organizing structures of municipal control organizations. It is indicated that development strategy defines the organizing structure. Advantages and defect of traditional organizing structures are shown. One of the development modern trends of organizing structures is a reduction of management level numbers, weakening of hierarchy and initiative development of employees. For municipal control organizations Ukraines most efficient will use the adaptive type, as answerring problems of connecting period and developments of market relations.
