Наведено статистику банкрутства підприємств в Україні та в країнах з розвиненою ринковою економікою. Наведено статистику кількості справ про банкрутство підприємств, порушених провадженням. Наведено статистичні дані щодо частки збиткових підприємств у галузях народного господарства України та вказано на неможливість у зв’язку з цим широкого використання такої процедури банкрутства підприємств, як ліквідація. Визначено що механізм ліквідації збанкрутілих підприємств є ефективним інструментом у країнах з розвиненою ринковою економікою, а для України більш прийнятним є фінансове оздоровлення таких підприємств та відновлення їх платоспроможності. The article considers the issue of bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine. Statistics of bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine and in countries with developed market economies are given. Statistics on the number of bankruptcy cases of enterprises initiated by the proceedings are given. Statistics on the share of unprofitable enterprises in the sectors of the national economy of Ukraine are presented and it is pointed out that in this connection it is impossible to widely use such a bankruptcy procedure as liquidation. It is determined that the mechanism of liquidation of bankrupt enterprises is an effective tool in countries with developed market economies, and for Ukraine it is more acceptable to financially rehabilitate such enterprises and restore their solvency. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
