Primary osteosynthesis was done on one segment and two segments in 23 and 27 patients, respectivly. Complications composed 4,56% such as nonknitting consolidations, chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis. Distant results of treatment of these patients are favourable: excellent –32%, good—45%, satisfactory—18%, nonsatisfactory—5%.
