By 71 patients it was made an opening and drainage of abscesses of pancreas, by 22 patients – pancreatonecrectomia , by 21 patients - pancreatosequesterectomia, by 3 patients - resection of pancreas. The Ultrasonic study and computer tomography enable to prescribe the termination of the destruction processes in pancreas substance.
