In article similar criteria which are used in the foreign companies (British Telecom; SAS, Sweden; Body Shop, the Great Britain; Amoco Oil Refinery) and in the enterprises of the Sumy area (OJC “SumyСhimprom” and OJC “Centrolit”) are analyzed. There are given recommendations for creation system of ecological criteria on the basis of this analysis.
