TC non – monotonous dependence upon the thickness ratio of the layers is predicted, which is sensitive to the character of the electron – interlayer boundary interaction. A detailed numerical analysis of the TC is performed in a wide range of layer thicknesses with varying parameters describing the bulk and surface relaxation of the charge carriers.
