The collection is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and contains original articles, speeches, interviews published during 1995-2005, as well as published for the first time. The materials reflect the complex problem and experience of its solution, namely: research, development and implementation of the formation in Ukraine of the type of activity "Public Administration" and the branches of education and science of the same name. The general issues of approval of public administration, the specifics of the formation of the main higher education institution in the national system of training, retraining and advanced training of public administration, current issues of public policy and management in education are considered.
