The work is based on the analysis of clinical symptoms, laboratory examination data, computed tomographic scanning and postmortem examination of acute stroke. The clinical course, clinicopathologic comparisons and factors of lethal outcomes of acute fatal and non-fatal stroke were study. Strategy and concrete recommendations on the medical supervision are given.
