It has been found, that the basic humeral factors influencing formation of this or that type remodeling LVH are increase of endocellular Са++, TNF-, aldosterone, norepinephrine, -glutamyltransferasa, EТ-1, the diene conjugate, bilirubin, alkaline phosphates levels and decrease of HDL and the total cholesterol levels. It is revealed, that eccentric type LVH more adverse in comparison with concentric type. A key element of functional system hemodynamics at concentric LVH is the hypertrophy of a myocardium, at eccentric type - index EDD. It is established, that if at eccentric type LVH is marked a RAAS hyperactivation at concentric of LVH its function the exhaustion.
