But in the group, which took nitrates with antagonists of calcium, there was а tendency of increasing of the cholesterol of lipoproteins of high density. The using of the ciprofibrate combined with the antianginal drugs showed sligthly monitored favourable effect on the clinic of the disease, especially in the patients with hard form of the angina pectoris. The hypotrigliceridemic effect of ciprofibrate and the influence of the groups of patients with hyperlipoproteinemia IIB and 1V types. Проведене дослідження у 64 хворих стенокардією показало, що в групі хворих, які вживали ципрофібрат разом з пролонгованими нітратами, відбувається більш виражене зниження загального холестерину і холестерину ліпопротеїдів низької щільності, а коли вживалися нітрати і антагоністи кальцію – підвищення холестерину ліпопротеїдів високої щільності. Поєднане вживання ципрофібрату з антиангінальними ліками справляє помірний сприятливий вплив на клінічний перебіг захворювання, особливо у хворих з більш тяжкою стадією. Гіпотригліцеридемічний вплив ципрофібрату і вплив на вміст апопротеїнів були більш виражені в підгрупах з гіперліпопротеїнеміями ІІБ і 1V типів.
